Noticeable notes of reduction right after opening, but at a very fine level. The palate immediately reveals savoury acidity and mineral and salty notes, with the traction setting the tone. With a relatively light body, the flavours on the palate are consistent. Piquant apple, linden blossom and a silky mouthfeel with an elegant use of wood. This breathes cool climate and knows what it wants!
