Caraway, leather, red apple, large wooden barrel, a still closed nose with good ageing potential for savoury development. Dense, juicy, pithy on the palate, with a mineral base, very rich in extract. Not an easy-drinking Riesling, emphatically dry and characterised by its terroir.
