Tasting Notes
Light gold with greenish reflections, slightly cloudy. Cider on the nose, but without any impure overtones. Taut tannin structure, gripping acidity, very dry, hearty to rustic, very unusual experimental wine, medium-bodied in length and refinement, medium-high in extract. It will be interesting to see how this develops in the bottle.
