Total SO2 39 mg/l. Pale golden yellow. Very mineral aroma, flint, shimmer. Complex on the palate, vibrant acidity, just ripe phenolics in medium density, seems cool and yet also accompanied by minerality on the palate, long lasting, especially in the structural component and aromatically, the wine remains restrained. Elegant with a need to chew on it.
