Tasting Notes
Yeasty on the nose, almost peppery, dense on the palate, almost with a bite, but not green. Rich in substance and very mineral, with soft components and a background that harmoniously surrounds the core. A real pièce de resistance, unaffected and suitable for long storage. The name "Flüdenwein" comes from the word "flue", meaning rock face or steep slope.
