Wild, savoury, spontaneous fermentation notes with dark berry-fruit, elderberries, and clear aromas of new wood: cinnamon and milk chocolate. Dense, tight palate, slightly stemmy tannins, embedded with plenty of fruit and by a powerful tactile minerality. Compact, dense, long, great ageing potential. Excellent material.
