Tasting Notes
Floral, hay and meadow herbs. Tight structure on the palate, mineral-firm, vivid acidity, almost chewy. In its pithy structure, excellent freshness, a Pinot Blanc with Riesling gene, but without sweetness. Will probably mature savoury, but remain rather slender.
