The rosé wine »Krone« Pinot Rosé trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Krone Assmannshausen has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Pastel colours, salmon pink. The fruity aroma of Dextro Energen and red and blackcurrant also has a smoky, slate-spicy undertone. On the palate the wine has a lot of tension, as well as substance, freshness, civilised acidity and an unusually complex expression for this price range.
