Light rosé in the glass. Subtle aroma, apple skin, yellow plum, red cherries, raspberries, sage and stony savouriness of freshly ground stone, turmeric. Smooth and creamy on the palate, clear fruit, some carbonic acid, fine phenolics, subtly sweetish savouriness, juicy freshness, uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
