Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate lime touch, a hint of vine peach, and underlaid with herbal savouriness, a fresh bouquet. Juicy, tightly meshed, multi-faceted acid structure, mineral salty finish, white tropical fruit in the aftertaste, pronounced fruit on the finish. It is persistent and is a lively food wine.
