It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A very delicate colour, even lighter than pastel pink. The aroma is similarly delicate: berry-like and slightly floral, with great clarity. The palate begins juicy and with lively acidity, the very fine mousse is fresh without being aggressive. A hint of sweetness emphasises the beautiful fruit on the finish.
