Aus unseren Guntersblumer Weinbergsparzelle „Steig-Terrassen“ und „Himmelthal“ mit Boden aus einer Lößlehm- Auflage über Kalkstein stammt dieser ausdrucksstarke Rotweine als Cuvée vereint mit Cabernet Franc & Merlot. Der Jahrgang 2020 brachte sehr reife Trauben im geringen Fruchtansatz. Der dunkle und kräftige internationale Klassiker wurde 24 Monaten in neuen französischen Barrique-Fässern ausgebaut. Ein komplexer Rotwein kraftvoll, nachhaltig und lange im Abgang.

Dense and inviting, blackberries, cassis, juniper notes, dark cherries, savoury, cedar wood, wet leaves, black olive tapenade, ink. Juicy and textured on the palate, dense, a subtle acidity, with fine-grained tannins, bright fruit, beautiful length, elegant.
