Already the intense aromas suggest good extract: melon, ripe pineapple and subtle honey notes in particular are to the fore. A noble sweetness emerges on the palate, which feels very coherent and round with a well-balanced sweetness-acidity ratio. This will go wonderfully with Asian dishes.
