Genialer fruchtsüßer Riesling Genuß! In unserer ältesten Rieslinganlage konnten wir viele jungfernfrüchtige Trauben im vollreifen Stadium lesen. Durch das Alter der Stöcke (im Durchschnitt 30 Jahre) haben wir hier generell einen geringen Fruchtansatz und extraktreiche Moste. Anfang Oktober wurden die Trauben gelesen und 24 Stunden auf der Maische mazeriert, abgepresst und gezügelt im Edelstahl vergoren. Die Riesling Spätlese brilliert mit Pfirsich- Maracuja Noten, die sich mit dem komplexen Mundgefühl, frischer Süße und feiner Säure paaren. Ein tolles Süße-Säure Spiel!

A finely nuanced aroma: candied orange, floral tones, citrus zest, balsamic and peppery notes. The palate is straightforward, the juicy acidity balances a fruitiness that is not over-accentuated, the finely nerved juiciness gives the wine an impression of lightness that is nevertheless accompanied by substance and length.
