Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Delicately savoury, herbal nose with yeast and apple, somewhat restrained, mirabelle plum and white peach, dried lime peel. Kabinett with quite restrained acidity on the palate, allowing the residual sweetness to come to the fore, the citric and stony-savoury notes provide tension.
