On the nose, lactic notes, pear, chamomile, hay, acacia, apricot and a touch of pineapple. On the palate, notes of honeydew melon, creamy and round in structure with balanced acidity, some fruit expression, medium-bodied with pleasant phenolics and a salty finish. Perfect in a carafe.
