More about the tastingSaffron, curry, crushed rock with lemon blossom, hints of apricot, basil. Quince and kumquat on the palate. Dense, demanding, dark minerality. Almost austere. Positive phenolics, multi-layered, intense and long. Clearly needs air and time.
