Medium yellow-green. Fine wood notes, pleasant roasted aromas, orange zest, yellow apple fruit, delicate herbal spice. Good complexity, present use of wood, fine acidity, powerful and fresh at the same time, mineral aftertaste, salty and animating to drink, good storage potential, a versatile food companion.
