Strong ruby garnet, watery rim. Intense herbs, candied orange peel, a hint of dried plums, some nougat. Juicy, powerful, sweet berry fruit, cloves, present tannins, some dark chocolate, full-bodied finish, sticks well, will benefit from further maturation in the bottle.
