Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, with purple reflections, and a broad ochre rim. Delicate herbal spicy tobacco notes underlying ripe cherry fruit, hints of black berry, with very discreet fine oak nuances, and fresh orange zest. Juicy, fine red berry fruit, a pronounced fruit texture, fine ripe tannins, fresh, and with a subtle salty minerality. It is a well-balanced food wine with further ageing potential.
