Tasting from 30.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Warm smoke in the first aroma, yeast notes, apple skin, freshly baked bread, herbal spice, ripe yellow fruit, iodine hints, oyster shell, wood spice. Full-bodied and densely woven, the Frei.Hand flows over the tongue, juicy fruit flanked by mineral and salty notes, fine phenolics, good acidity, versatile at the table with good length and further potential.
