Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Strong salmon pink. Ripe raspberry and wild berry, blackberry, also blueberry, floral-spicy, some warm greenhouse. Powerfully built, not a fair-weather rosé, but with a late harvest attitude, substantial, round, sweet fruit, lively acidity, happy with food.
