In der Nase reifer Apfel, duftige Quitte und saftige Mirabelle, begleitet von einer zarten Brioche-Note, die von einer langen Reifung auf der Hefe erzählt. Der zarte Schmelz umschmeichelt die Zunge und sorgt für einen schönen Nachhall.

Bright light yellow with a persistent mousse. The intense bouquet combines aromas of melon, dried apricot, cream caramel, nut butter, vanilla and toast. On the palate, the perfect balance of fine mousse, fresh acidity, juicy fruit and precisely balanced dosage, which gives the wine drinking flow and accessibility. It is a wonderfully hedonistic pleasure!
