Concentrated and intense aromas of mango, passion fruit, ripe lemons, orange zest, dried herbs, sage and a subtle hint of vanilla. Full-bodied, textured and creamy on the palate, the taut acidity ensures a lively flow, whilst the fine phenolics and mineral, salty piquancy add tension.
