Tasting Notes
Light yellow in colour, bright with a fine, persistent mousse. Greengage, quince jelly, pear, kumquat, citrus zest, white flowers and biscuit on the nose. Fruity and juicy on the palate with moderately fresh acidity, an invigorating mousse and a clear, yet well-integrated dosage. A fresh, fruit-driven crémant - a real crowd favourite.
