Black OX "Blood Edition" ist die Essenz, das Blut der Trauben - Limited Edition. Die 2018er Sonne trocknete ohne menschliches Handeln gesunde Trauben direkt am Stock und verwandelte sie in konzentrierte Perlen, aus denen das kostbare "Blood" am 10.10.2018 gewonnen wurde. Eine Chance, die man in Ausnahmejahren ergreifen muss - we did it!

Blood red in colour. An intense aroma of cassis, black cherry, boysenberry and dark chocolate. The palate is opulent and full-bodied, maximum fruit, rich and concentrated, the tannins are expansive. A significant finish with fruit dominance.
