It has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There are aromas of dark fruit of blueberry and blackberry, along with a hint of eucalyptus, and discreet notes of cassis and fine oak, it is an inviting bouquet. On the palate it is juicy, elegant, with a chocolaty texture, ripe tannins, persistence, a fresh structure, and nice length, and it has certain ageing potential.
