Tasting Notes
It has a very dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright ochre rim. On the nose there is a hint of dried plum, black cherry, pleasant oaky aromas, some nougat, and candied orange zest. It is juicy, with sweet plum, blackberry confit, very good freshness, integrated rounded tannins, some minerality, and persistence. It is already gluggable, and it has a very good further ageing perspective.
