Tasting Notes
Some yeast, nutty notes, but also planty varietal aromas, sorrel, lots of substance on the palate, still closed, chalky-mineral, phenolic astringency, with supple volume in the background, promising structure, should develop rich and spicy, serving both the elegance and the power camp. Also appears quite dry, but is not rough. Very good style!
