Concentrated aroma with ripe vineyard peach and apricot, herbal notes, some hop blossom, cultivated spontaneous fermentation. Emphasises the character of the vineyard in a classic way, the vivid acidity is combined with fine fruit sweetness, the slate minerality wins the game.
