Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Delicate smoky aromas, notes of fresh pear, nutty background nuances, a pleasant herbal hint and a mineral touch. Taut and tightly meshed, with a lively structure, notes of green apple and a hint of lime on the finish. A racy, animating food wine.
