On the nose, there are notes of stewed apple and chard, the allusion to Vin Nature is palpable, but the varietal type with its spicy honey tones still remains recognisable. On the palate, the wine is straightforwardly dry, a pinch of phenolics and an almost steely acidity give the wine immense tension and a very vertical structure. Fresh, pithy, for the advanced.
