Smells clearly of Forst, with a yellow-fruited scent of Mirabelle plum. Opens creamy on the palate, then structured by juicy acidity that wraps around the sweet palate fruit. A hint of phenolic grip leads into the finish. An elegant, almost Riesling-like Chardonnay.
