Der Weißburgunder ist ein schlanker und seidiger Wein. Er zeigt am Gaumen Aromen von animierenden Frühlingsblüten, Äpfeln sowie Nuss– und Kräuternoten. Durch seine moderate würzige Säure präsentiert er sich frisch und lebendig im Abgang. Er bringt genug Substanz mit sich, um bis zum letzten Tropfen elegant und fruchtig zu wirken, daher ist er auch ein idealer Menüwein.

Stony notes closely interwoven with ripe, yellow fruit on the nose, peach, apricots, quince, wet stone, herbal spice, subtle honey. Slender structure with good extract, straightforward flow, emphatically dry, fresh fruit, lime, crisp apricots, mineral base, animating.
