Tasting Notes
Initially still reductive on the nose with yeast notes, herbs and smoke. With air, cherries, blueberries and earthy hints emerge. Juicy on the palate with nice pure red cherry and good drive, carried by a lively, enterprising acidity, some sour cherry comes through, the tannins have polish and stay grippy, good flow; a fine representation of the variety. Substantial; enjoy with or without food.
