Delicate salmon pink in the glass. Fine nose of raspberries, fresh strawberries, rhubarb, plums, floral notes like violets and dried herbs, chalky savouriness. On the palate deep and full-bodied, creamy core, well-integrated ripe acidity, subtle ripe red fruits, fine phenolics, long lasting savouriness. Long on the palate, versatile food wine.
