Delicately scented, wild berries, pears, apple, peach, strawberries, subtle yeasty notes. Elegant, lean and decidedly dry on the palate, fine mousse, fresh acidity, juicy fruit interplaying with savouriness, creamy base, animating aperitif that also goes well with light dishes.
