Helles Gelb mit Rosa Touch In der Nase eine Mischung aus würzigem Apfel, saftiger, frischer Birne und Mirabellen. Dazu gesellen sich exotische Ananas und etwas Eisbonbon mit einem würzigen Anklang an frische Mandeln. Im Mund sehr weich mit leichtem Moussieren und milder Säure. Die milde Süße verleiht dem Wein Volumen und sorgt für einen vollen fruchtigen Eindruck am Gaumen. Hier zeigen sich etwas Melone und Ananas, die mit der Süße langsam im Nachhall verblassen. Frischer, im positiven Sinne unkomplizierter Blanc de Noir mit leichter Süße und sehr viel Trinkfluss. Zum leichten Caprese Salat oder zum Garnelencocktail ein unkomplizierter Begleiter.

Apricot, raspberry and strawberry in the fruity aroma, also red cherry. Aimed at harmonious agreement of texture, juice, and ripe fruit on the palate, the acidity is also balanced, fine savouriness is also present. Again strawberry and raspberry, little bundle of joy.
