Helles Gelb Warmer, voller Duft mit zarter Frucht von reifen Birnen und tiefen würzigen Tönen, die an Kokos und einen Hauch Lakritz erinnern. Dazu gesellen sich süßliche Nelke und etwas Tabak mit einer ganz zarten Rauchigkeit. Im Mund sehr füllig mit milder Säure und kräftigem, leicht adstringierendem Mundgefühl. Am Gaumen verbinden sich fruchtige Noten von Apfel und Guave mit würzigen Holztönen und bleiben mit dem angenehm vollen Mundgefühl lange präsent. Dichter Wein mit behutsamen Holzeinsatz und fruchtig würziger Aromatik mit viel Mundgefühl. Perfekt zu geschmortem hellem Fleisch oder zu Grillgemüse mit Rosmarin und Olivenöl.

Pear and some tart apple, bright flowers and fine herbs, a touch of yellow curry. Medium-bodied, with well-judged richness and substance, vivid, juicy acidity, spice underpins the palate, pear and melon, ripe phenolics. Coherent cuvée with natural charisma.
