Leuchtendes Gelb mit grünen Reflexen Abwechslungsreicher Sauvignon Blanc Duft mit typisch exotischen Noten von Physalis, Grapefruit und Ananas und einem leichten Anklang an Paprika und Gurke. Dazu gesellen sich mineralisch-würzige Feuersteinnoten und ein Hauch von Schießpulver. Im Mund frisch mit leichtem Moussieren und angenehm spürbarer Säure. Die leichte Adstringenz kleidet den Mund aus und am Gaumen zeigen sich wieder gelbe Früchte und ein Hauch von Paprika, die mit einer dezenten Salzigkeit langsam im Nachhall verblassen. Sehr komplexer Sauvignon mit guter Balance zwischen gelb und grün und einem spannenden mineralisch-rauchigem Anklang wie man sie eher bei französischen Sauvignons findet. Ganz klassischer Begleiter für Meerstiere. Perfekt zu mit Zitrone, Knoblauch und Petersilie gebratene Garnelen mit frischem Weißbrot.

Varietal aroma of blackcurrants, kiwi, gooseberries and freshly cut grass, also mango. Juicy on the palate with fine savouriness, mouth-filling and textured with well-integrated acidity, fine citrus fruit notes. Well balanced.
