Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, complex aromas with a hint of "sweet" wood, but also tree resin, tarragon, sweet cherry, raspberry, and a hint of undergrowth. On the palate the wine is dense and light-footed at the same time, the tannins are velvety soft and silky, but still provide structure and support. The sophisticated acidity is very well integrated. Long, mineral, and playful, with very good potential for ageing.
