Tasting Notes
Dark chocolate, new oak, yeast, wormwood and oats. With aeration notes of plum and dark berries, blackberry, elderberry juice. On the palate very homogeneous in its drive, the tannins are very fine-grained, but at the same time very vivid. Probably the wine has much more tannins in terms of quantity than one would estimate based on the sensory impression. In addition, the wine is broad but not exuberant in its volume, the acidity exudes freshness and tension. The finish is aromatically still completely closed.
