Tasting Notes
Wood savouriness on the nose, vanilla, white nougat, caramel, ripe fruit, pears, apricots, red apple, candied lemons, saffron, yellow curry powder. In the mouth with a lot of texture, full-bodied, dense, caramel, paired with fruit, mineral undertones, fine phenolics, long on the palate. A delight with certain ageing potential.
