Der Vielseitige Elegant und unaufdringlich soll er sein und das ist er. Sehr vielschichtig und doch geradlinig. Weinbergspfirsich, Honigmelone, die leichte Fruchtsüße und seine dezente Verspieltheit begeistern uns immer wieder. Erstaunlich, was man den kalkigem Böden, auf denen die Reben stehen, entlocken kann. Gebratener oder gegrillter Fisch mit Zitrone und Dill abgeschmeckt passt hervorragend zu unserem Weißen Burgunder. Er begleitet aber auch Geflügel, Kalbfleisch, Sushi, einen Brie oder Camembert und gute Gespräche mit Freunden.

A berryish varietal aroma, sugared blueberry compote and floral notes. The palate combines alcoholic strength with noticeable sweetness, a little carbonic acid gives the powerful structure pep and freshness, the finish finishes on full-bodied notes pointing to the future.
