Am Gaumen ist der Burgunder fruchtsüß, die Struktur blumig verspielt und reichhaltig, mit Noten von Weinbergspfirsich und Honigmelone. Die Säure tänzelt und erfrischt. Leicht exotisch und würzig. Im Abgang fruchtig warm.

Fresh, apple aromas, some pear is evident, quite spicy notes, also some lime zest comes in, fresh. The palate is grippy, with invigorating acidity, delicate phenolics, overall grippy, bright fruits and citrus flavours dominate.
