Pale orange in colour. The nose reveals aromas of ice candy and strawberry confit, with lactic tones also vivid. On the palate there is a dynamic mousse, a layer of phenolics and a rather ripe acidity, the wine is comparatively dry and the fruit lingers for a medium length of time.
