Tasting from 04.06.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Crystal-clear aroma of exotic fruits and crisp green apples. Pithy, fresh and acidic attack with discreetly yeasty contours. Wonderfully pure on the palate. Playful carbonic acidity in the wiry fruit core. Not a wine for acid-sensitive drinkers, but everyone else will enjoy this authentic Elbling.
