The white wine Tradition Elbling trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Matthias Hild has been rated in 2017 by Axel Biesler, Ursula Haslauer with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Ebling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Kitchen herbs galore. At least the ones that go into a Frankfurt green sauce. And all seven of them. No prisoners are taken on the palate, its acidity is the enforcer for a good taste. It has a tang and is juicy too.
