A nutty varietal type, light herbal notes. Very polished on the palate, fine substance, rounded and textured with a fine-nerved accompaniment and excellent proportions. Good length, elegant Silvaner that evokes gastronomic associations, from spaghetti vongole to chicken in cream sauce.
