Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Delicate red forest berry jam and nuances of heart cherries, underlaid by fine meadow herbs, floral elements and a hint of tobacco. It's still somewhat restrained on the nose. The palate brings juicy cherry fruit and hints of sour cherries, with a fresh acidity that is taut and animating and creates good tension. There's a lemony touch to the salty finish. Will only benefit from further maturation.
